Returns/Refunds/Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours and will be credited to the customer account within 5-7 working days provided the returns or cancellation policy criteria are met.

Refunds will be credited to the customer's Freshiouz wallet provided the returns or cancellation policy criteria are met. The refunded credits can then be used for subsequent orders in the future. Please note we have currently suspended our Cash on Delivery services due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Products can only be returned if:

• It is delivered after the expiry date has passed.
• The package has been tampered with during transit.
• Wrong item or items have been delivered.

Any order can be cancelled as long as the cancellation request is put in 6 hours before the start of the scheduled delivery timeslot.
